Upper Echelon is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time, 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in startup marketing, brand building, and growth strategy within a fast-paced, remote environment.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential target audiences
Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets
Support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights for optimization
Assist the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging marketing techniques
Interest in AI applications, startups, venture capital, or investing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI) is a plus but not required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and contribute
Hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment
Direct exposure to real-world marketing strategies and execution
