Jimmy Sansone started the company by selling online out of his parents’ basement in 2015, and was soon joined by his brothers, Conrad and Lan to run it together. We are looking for a humble, hard-working, and detailed Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for sample, set up, and travel logistics for all wholesale trade shows and meetings
Wholesale Trade Show Documentation
Wholesale Major Accounts Documentation
Travel as needed for trade show execution
Coordinate in office sample sale
Damaged Inventory processing
Maintaining office supplies
Manage office organization and cleaning crew
In & outbound shipment tracking
Coordinate in office team events
Ordering supplies as needed for HQ & retail stores
Management of any supplies returns
Pick ups and Drop offs as needed to our warehouse or stores
